On the Self-Cultivation of an Excellent Villain

The Excellent Villain's Rulebook

How do you become an excellent villain who serves as a foil to the protagonist?

One: If you can talk your way out of it, never resort to force. Give the protagonist a chance to reform us.

Two: Do good deeds behind the scenes, but make sure everyone knows about your bad deeds. Give the protagonist a chance to punish evil and uphold justice.

Three: No matter how clever you are, your IQ must drop to zero whenever you meet the protagonist. Never steal the spotlight.

Only by following all these rules can you become a villain recognized by the “Excellent Villain System.”
