In the year 2024 of the Blue Star calendar, spiritual qi revived across the globe, bringing drastic changes to the creatures of Blue Star. But the creatures on Blue Star were not the only threat: passages to other worlds filled with ferocious beasts also opened across the planet. The warriors of the Xia Clan fought one after another to preserve the last sparks of humanity. At last, in 2084, sixty years after the spiritual qi revival, powerful warriors of the Xia Clan emerged in succession, keeping the ferocious beasts from other worlds beyond Blue Star. Only then did humanity on Blue Star get a chance to catch its breath.
Later generations called the day spiritual qi revived the beginning of the Spirit Martial Era.
But our story begins in Year 120 of the Spirit Martial Era…
