Hide Your Edge

[School life + mutual devotion + a close-knit school friend group + multiple couples + pure, super-sweet romance + cute, gentle top student heroine + forceful, stubborn hero]

After doing poorly on the high school entrance exam, the well-behaved Ji Han arrives at the prestigious Haiming No. 6 High School. She plans to quietly get through three years of high school and work hard to turn things around on the college entrance exam. But a chance encounter shatters the calm of her life, as still as a pool of water. Under his influence, her life slowly changes, and she comes alive in a way she never has before.

“Lu Ye, why do you like me?” The girl blinks her big eyes, curious to hear his answer.

“Well...” The man gives a cocky smile, his voice low and magnetic. He slowly rubs his chin with his right hand, as though he really is giving it some thought.

“You're so sweet, and I'm a little short on sweetness.” He gives an answer even Ji Han finds ridiculous.

“What kind of answer is that? Forget it, you don't have to tell me.” Embarrassed by his teasing, the girl turns to leave, but the man's muscular arm locks firmly around her waist, holding her fast.

They thought they would end up together at last, but fate had other plans.
