[Darkness Devours + Decisive and Ruthless + Apocalypse Descends]
Five years ago, I destroyed the calamity crystal core with my own hands and became the “Sun,” revered by everyone.
Five years later, my crystal core is shattered, and I’ve become the most dangerous monster in the eyes of headquarters.
They see me as taboo and want to dissect me for research.
The Blissful Paradise organization sees me as a treasure and wants to recruit me as their new god.
In that case, I’ll gladly accept this “gift”!
“Purification”? No, it’s [Devouring]!
Monstrosities wail as they become nourishment for my advancement. Calamities roar, only to become corpses beneath my blade.
When I cut through the base and dragged the resurrected calamity, along with half the city, into the abyss, headquarters finally understood:
What they had released with their own hands was something even more terrifying than a calamity.
“Hunt the inner demon? No. Starting today, I’m hunting every last one of you.”
“I’m Lu Chen. The hunt begins!”
It's logical, thoughtful, not brainless, and worth watching. One is chasing, and overall the setting is very interesting. There are just a lot of typos. The author should take the time to correct them. What a great book, delayed by typos. The plot gets better as it goes on, and the author seems to have sped up the pace in recent chapters, which is pretty good.
The character creation is still very good. The first few chapters are a bit long-winded, but it gets better and better later on.
