[Wuxia + two female leads, not GL]
[Not pure romance. The pure romance tag was assigned by the System. The two female leads start out as friends, then become enemies.]
[Female Lead 1 (Yin Huan / A Wu): slave → sect disciple → martial arts master (almost the best in the world, on good terms with many factions, and has three husbands)]
[Female Lead 2 (Xiao Wu / Qi Fengwu): prince's daughter → falls on hard times (hunted down and reaps the consequences of her misdeeds) → city lord → emperor]
A rumor suddenly spreads across the martial world: the location of the lost treasure of the former dynasty's Aolong Kingdom is recorded on the Silver Phoenix Bangle, one of a pair of gold and silver bangles.
The Silver Phoenix Bangle is in the hands of Prince Qi, who has distanced himself from the imperial court and made his name in the martial world through his strength. He gives it to his beloved daughter, setting off a scramble among countless martial-world factions.
Fleeing for her life, Qi Fengwu, Prince Qi's daughter, hurriedly hides in a slave caravan, where she meets a girl her own age, A Wu.
"You're A Wu, and I'm Xiao Wu. This has to be fate!"
"Xiao Wu, you'll always be my best friend!"
"Then would you die for me?"
The silver bangle passes from Fengwu's hands into A Wu's. Taking Fengwu's place, she becomes the one being hunted.
After enduring countless hardships and escaping her pursuers, she is rescued. Her savior gives her the name Yin Huan.
[The main story has four volumes]
[Volume One: They meet in a slave caravan. Xiao Wu gives A Wu the Silver Phoenix Bangle, and the two part ways.]
[Volume Two: A Wu joins the Duanshui Sect to repay a debt of gratitude. She unexpectedly learns where Xiao Wu is, and the two reunite. Xiao Wu takes back the Silver Phoenix Bangle.]
[Volume Three: The treasure is revealed. A Wu is injured and recovers, while Xiao Wu storms A Wu's wedding banquet and nearly gets killed.]
[Volume Four: Qi Fengwu becomes emperor, then is killed.]
In the main story, one female lead dies and the other survives, and both are left with regrets. The extras will have a happy ending.
