Metamorphosis

A new plastic surgery clinic opened in City A, claiming to use the most advanced technology from overseas. In just one week, it could completely transform your appearance. My girlfriend went there too, and when she came back, she really was much prettier. But her behavior became very strange. She used to be allergic to pollen, yet now she loved buying flowers. Even more bizarrely, I often dreamed that she was hanging upside down from the ceiling, smiling at me. Only later did I learn that the clinic was run by insect people. They wrapped people in cocoons and digested them, then emerged as butterfly-like insect people in human form. They searched for mates among humans, then got pregnant and used their partners as nourishment for their offspring.
