[One heroine] + [Sweet everyday romance] + [Marriage Before Love] + [Urban slice of life] + [Whirlwind marriage]
Jiang Muyun, the eldest son of the Jiang Group, believes romance is something even dogs wouldn't bother with. To deal with his family's nagging about marriage, he panics and carefully arranges a farcical whirlwind wedding, only to marry the wrong woman. With no other choice, he goes along with it and makes a mutual-help agreement with the naive Su Caier so they can appease their parents.
The two claim to the outside world that they're just friends, but living together day and night leads to one hilarious mishap after another:
Jiang Muyun: “Su Caier, who taught you to nibble on me in the middle of the night?”
Su Caier: “I didn't nibble. I stamped you as my good friend, so now you're my good friend and nobody else can steal you.”
Later, by a twist of fate, they discover that she isn't the daughter of the Su family. What will she do now? What exactly happened twenty years ago?
A mysterious young man who suddenly appears to sell flowers brings a new lead in the mystery of her parentage. But who is he?
When Jiang Muyun learns that his wife, whom he married for free, is secretly a wealthy heiress, the problems facing their marriage farce grow ever trickier. Meanwhile, their “good friends” relationship makes subtle progress, gradually slipping out of their carefully laid plans...
Faced with questions from his close buddies, “Didn't you say wise men don't fall in love, and turtles don't eat garnish?”
Jiang Muyun replied proudly, “I clearly said wise men don't fall in love, unless the woman is a rich auntie!”
Onlookers: “What a legend! 6666!”
Years later, Jiang Muyun asked again, “Su Caier, have you been pretending with me all along?”
Su Caier lifted her gentle little face and gazed at him, dazed. “Jiang Muyun, I wasn't pretending... I don't know how to pretend.”
The pace can be faster
It's pretty good, I just hope that the male protagonist won't spoil the female protagonist's best family members and relatives, and don't give them a chance to get attached to her.
Well written. Come on!!!
At least it's sweet and quite spicy.
Although the story is dull, it looks very comfortable
A very, very nice book.
Come on, come on, support me [I learned it]
