Export Control Law of the People's Republic of China

In order to strengthen the publicity of the legal system, quickly popularize legal knowledge, and serve the construction of my country's democratic and legal system, China Democracy and Legal Press has published a series of legal separate editions in all varieties and on a large scale in accordance with the laws that are reviewed and approved and revised by the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress every year. This law is enacted in order to safeguard national security and interests, fulfill international obligations such as non-proliferation, and strengthen and standardize export controls. This law shall apply to the state's export control of dual-use items, military products, nuclear and other goods, technologies, services and other items related to safeguarding national security and interests and fulfilling international obligations such as non-proliferation.
