Rural Revitalization Promotion Law of the People's Republic of China

In order to strengthen the publicity of the legal system, quickly popularize legal knowledge, and serve the construction of my country's democratic and legal system, China Democracy and Legal Press has published a series of legal separate editions in all varieties and on a large scale in accordance with the laws that are reviewed and approved and revised by the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress every year. In 2018, the No. 1 Central Document "Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Implementing the Rural Revitalization Strategy" was released, making comprehensive arrangements for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy. As a promotion law, this law focuses on promotion and promotes comprehensive rural revitalization and urban-rural integrated development through the establishment and improvement of legal systems and policy measures.
