I purposely waited until this novel was finished to write a review, and I have to say, it's really great! Unique double wear setting. Although the Republic of China in the story seems a bit outrageous, it exudes a different kind of charm. In this imaginary world, there is not only a different style, but also a profound reflection on traditional culture. The plot is ups and downs and exciting. In particular, the love between Gu Shijiu and Shi Qi across time and space is extremely touching, adding a touch of warm and gorgeous color to the whole world. Sweet pets and overhead elements are perfectly integrated. I have to say, it's even better than the author's first book.
