On Mars, two meteors streaked across the deep red sky and crashed onto the planet's distant surface. They were enormous, mighty, terrifying, and unknown... Reports from Mars reached researchers and leaders in countries across Earth. After extraterrestrial lifeforms explained their civilization-level planetary technology, humanity finally learned that these huge, unknown, fearsome beasts were called Star Beasts. They were the most aggressive predators in the universe, and also among its most valuable commodities. Their bodies were treasures from head to toe, useful in medicine, the military, technology, and even everyday life.
The first two Star Beasts humans encountered were named “King” and “Queen” by the military. Their bodies were covered in wounds and drenched in blood. By the time the military prepared to approach them, both Star Beasts had vanished without a trace, leaving behind only a pool of blood. Yet that blood would change humanity's destiny and drive technological innovation...
With the arrival of these two Star Beasts, more and more kinds of Star Beasts came to Blue Star, this desolate star system. They had all manner of forms and strange abilities, ushering in a new era in which humanity joined forces with extraterrestrial lifeforms to fight the Star Beasts: the New Stellar Era.
