National Flag Law National Anthem Law National Emblem Law

The national flag, national anthem and national emblem are all symbols and signs of the country. They not only represent the image of the country to the outside world, but also contain rich connotations such as the history of the founding of New China and the nature of the regime. In order to create an atmosphere where the whole society respects and loves the national flag, national anthem, and national emblem, enhances citizens' concept of the country, promotes the spirit of patriotism, and gathers the spiritual power of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, and in order to further publicize, study, and implement the National Flag Law, National Emblem Law, and National Anthem Law, this book contains the currently valid versions of these three laws to facilitate readers to grasp relevant laws and regulations in a timely manner. Legal documents are arranged according to the degree of closeness, rather than the chronological order of document release, to facilitate readers to focus on a certain type of issue and avoid omitting relevant provisions of key legal documents. The Laws and Regulations Editing Center is an internal editing department of China Democracy and Legal Publishing House. The center takes the country's laws, regulations, judicial interpretations and other normative documents as its main research objects, and plans and compiles legal popularization books on laws and regulations that are actually needed by the people. The members of the center mainly include legislative staff of the Legal Affairs Committee of the National People's Congress, teachers from legal colleges, and senior editors of the legal branch of China Democracy and Legal Press.
