2019 Marks the 90th anniversary of the founding of the Institute of Economics of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. In order to commemorate the contributions of predecessors and pass on the academic legacy, and to systematically summarize the academic excellence and valuable experience of successive generations of scholars of the Institute of Economics, the Institute of Economics decided to launch the "Institute of Economics Humanities Library" to systematically select and compile representative works of scholars of the Institute of Economics. The first batch of forty works was published, and this book is one of them.
