Research on the 1855 Bacteria Troop of the Japanese Invading China

This book is the latest result of studying the Japanese Army's 1855 Unit. It uses the Japanese wartime archives and other materials that can be collected to examine the history of the 1855 Unit in the context of the entire Japanese invasion of China's bacteriological warfare. Issues that have long been divided among academic circles will be discussed with new historical data or new perspectives; new analysis and understanding of the organizational structure of the 1855 Force will be given; the five major branches and eight branches of the 1855 Force will be explored based on historical data; special studies will be conducted on the Suixi Plague Bacterial Warfare and Shandong Cholera Operations carried out by the Japanese army in North China; The bacteriological warfare carried out in North China over the years was compiled and introduced according to 26 combat cases; the bacteriological warfare struggle against the Japanese army in North China in the anti-Japanese base areas of the Chinese Communist Party was discussed, as well as the anti-epidemic system of the Nationalist Government in North China; a preliminary study was also made on the number of innocent Chinese people who died as a result of the Japanese army's bacteriological warfare in North China, and it was believed that the number with archival data and research basis should be more than 100,000.
