Don't Do That, I'm Your Brother's Friend!

[Ensemble Cast] + [Slice of Life] + [Light Novel] + [Pure Romance]

My name is Su Mu, and I’ve just finished the college entrance exam.

At this moment, I’m standing outside my own front door, stiff as a telephone pole.

“Senior Su Mu, long time no see.”

The beautiful girl in a Japanese school uniform said, smiling with her fair face.

“This young lady has come on my big brother’s orders to play the part of an adorable stray puppy with nowhere to go,” said the beautiful girl, Lin Xiao. A mischievous glint crept into her almond-shaped eyes.

She gripped my hand tightly and stared straight at me, her tone conveying absolute resolve.

“Senior Su Mu, please treat me just like you would an adorable puppy!”

A faint blush colored Lin Xiao’s face. I couldn’t tell if it was because of the heat or because she was nervous. Beads of sweat covered her face, and her voice was so soft I almost couldn’t hear her.

“When you’re treating an adorable puppy, head pats and tummy rubs are allowed, you know.”

“If it’s you, Senior, you can do anything you want.”

“Huh?” I froze, at a loss for words.

And so I found my summer job: raising my buddy’s dog!

Except the dog was actually his little sister playing the part...
