The emperor’s authority steadily wanes. In the tenth year of Tianping, rebel forces breach the imperial capital, and the Zhou dynasty falls. But the war between the lords throws the realm into chaos, with each claiming to be the rightful successor to Zhou.

Heroes vie for supremacy, and great talents rise one after another.

Luo Beili’s Black Dragon Cavalry tramples across the lands of Zhou, and he ultimately sweeps all before him, becoming a renowned general of his age.

He ends the chaos of the late Zhou and establishes a new era of prosperity under the Great Ning.
