The Reincarnated One

Peng Shi was born in the countryside and lost both his parents. Through his own hard work, he got into a prestigious university. During his time there, he was repeatedly bullied by a wealthy businessman's son, who eventually beat him so badly that he fell into a coma.

When he woke up, he remembered his past life. Back then, he was called Kuang Chong. Driven by poverty, he joined a warlord's army, took part in tomb raiding and robberies, and eventually became a pirate. He made his way to Gushi Island, where he had a series of extraordinary experiences. After eating a certain fruit, his power increased dramatically. He seized a vast fortune and hid it on the island. Later, when Japanese soldiers invaded Gushi Island, Kuang Chong died there.

With memories of his past life, Peng Shi travels to the island and finds his former life's treasure. His martial arts skills return to their former level, and he goes back to school to take revenge. After graduating, he makes a fortune and becomes a business tycoon. He then returns to the village where Kuang Chong was born and raised, finds his former-life family, and helps them.
