Before writing this story, I was deeply touched by the sudden death of a friend of mine. If there really were two people like Zibi and Zhishu, would they have been vulnerable for a moment? The author believes that the answer is yes. No matter what kind of strong shell the years give us, we will all have one thought. The last straw that breaks the camel's back is real. After many things have settled, we will still look back, examine, and cherish, both the past and the present. Zhishu is a child who was carefully raised by his father, and Zibi is cared for by a group of people. However, as people born in the 1970s, they are destined to experience countless ups and downs. Maybe the big hands that hold us up are not strong enough, maybe we ourselves are not strong enough, or maybe it is because of nothing, it is just fate. It is destined to fail to love, and regret for life. This love is not only the love between men and women, but also includes academic career, as well as the love for family and friends. As the author, I am more willing to lead readers to unfold a picture of life in the 1980s and 1990s through my slightly clumsy writing style. What needs special emphasis is that before the two people meet, they are described in fragments, which is deliberate by the author. Because before this, the lives of the two people were torn apart. Zibi's life was twisted and torn by Uncle Sanguozi and Aunt Lishu, while Zhishu was labeled as a mentally retarded offspring before she was noticed by the world. After the encounter, there will no longer be fragmented descriptions. Of course, there will be interludes. These are all foreshadowings that have been deliberately laid before.
