Synopsis

As brain-computer interface devices became widespread, countries began storing vast quantities of memory data in data towers. People eagerly sealed away their memories in pursuit of digital immortality, but the cost was steep. The exorbitant fees turned many digital lives into slaves of capitalist oligarchs. These rapidly rising data towers came to be known as the Towers of Memory.

In 2055, the nation of Xia Hua launched a digital revolution, releasing Dragon’s Dream, a virtual digital city free for all citizens to use, and establishing a Digital Police Force to maintain order and stability in the city...

University students Cheng Shangyong, Jia Lehuan, and many other outstanding young people became the backbone of the Digital Police Force’s fight against crime...
