Hope and Life
Little Hope is the protagonist of this novel. Through the memories of me, later known as Uncle Li, and Little Hope, we see the kindness of three generations of his family. Their story not only portrays rural life and society at the time, but also reflects unity among different ethnic groups, local customs, and the warmth, hardships, goodness, and beauty of human life.
