My Wife’s Past and Present Lives

Yuan Ping gazes sorrowfully at his wife in his arms, dressed in her red wedding gown. She said that before they parted, she wanted to wear it one more time. She said that if there were another life, she would want to marry him again.

Thirty years later.

Yuan Ping dreams of a fairy-like woman who tells him she has returned.

He sets off on a journey to find his wife’s reincarnation.

Along the way, he meets a female knight who keeps running into him by chance.

Along the way, he meets a woman who bursts into tears whenever she sees him.

After crossing countless mountains and rivers, he finally meets the fairy from his dream, only to see his wife, dead for many years, standing alive right before him.

Which of you is really her?

Yuan Ping is bewildered.

The mechanical maid who has quietly stayed by Yuan Ping’s side suddenly speaks. No one else is worthy of him. Only she can stay with him forever, until the end of time.

The maid says, “You’re all dead, so why have you come back? Today, you either come with me, or I’ll beat them to death and take you away.”
