One Glance, and the Obsessive Prince Holds Me Close and Spoils Me

[Love at first sight + devoted and sweet romance + early internal conflict + later national affairs]

Men are visual creatures. When they talk about love at first sight, all they mean is that they were attracted by someone's looks.

When Gu Jue told Su Yaoyao that he'd fallen for her the moment he first saw her, Su Yaoyao thought he was shallow and had merely been attracted by her appearance.

She knew he'd only been drawn to her looks, yet she couldn't help falling for him.

Later, all sorts of people were attracted to her appearance. They loved only her beauty, but he would cherish her forever, whether she was beautiful or ugly.

Gu Jue: “Su Yaoyao, my love for you isn't temporary.”

“As long as you're here, it will be here.”

“Even when you're gone, it will remain.”

“If you love me, you should stay with me through the snow and grow old by my side.”

“We sleep together tonight, and one day we'll share a grave.”
