Forget the World, Forget Myself, But I Can't Forget I Love You

During the summer of 2013, when I was thirteen, I accidentally fell out of a tree. My soul left my body, and I transmigrated to the year 2045, where I met my parents and myself thirty-two years in the future. In that future, my elderly mother has sadly developed dementia. Her condition grows worse by the day, and she is often confused. She forgets the world, her daughter, and even herself, yet she alone never forgets her first love, A Chu. Over and over, she says that A Chu is waiting for her by Qing Shui Bridge and that she has to go find him. Through my uncle's memories and the letters he kept, I learn the story of my mother's undying love for A Chu, discover the real reason my parents' relationship fell apart, and finally let go of the resentment I've carried toward my mother for years. After that, can I return to the real world?
