Lu Chen died.
In life, he was an overworked, unqualified corporate drone (?). For reasons too embarrassing to remember, Lu Chen lost his life. He thought he would go to Heaven or Hell, or at the very least be reincarnated.
As it turned out, he was right.
When he opened his eyes and saw the lights, he was completely dumbfounded.
He was in prison.
