After the System Kidnapped Me, the Movie Emperor No Longer Wants to Escape

(Two male leads, System, transmigrating into a book, HE) A thunderous crash from the heavens, and the movie star makes a dazzling entrance. Qi Wei opened his eyes and saw an unfamiliar, stone-faced man before him. A herd of wild horses seemed to stampede through his mind.

The System said that if he followed the plot in place of the original lovesick protagonist, he could return to reality. So why wasn't the plot going according to plan?

After Qi Wei steeled himself and severed this “ill-fated relationship,” he returned to reality. Seeing the familiar man pretend not to know him, his heart shattered into eighteen pieces.

Damn System, get out here and explain yourself! How could the guy who'd taken advantage of him at least a hundred times act so shamelessly in the real world, pretending not to see him?!
