The heir of the Marquis of Zhenbei has been reborn. In his previous life, his prospective brother-in-law, Wen Baichuan, set him up to die on the battlefield.
Worse, Wen Baichuan also brought about the destruction of the entire marquis's household!
Reborn, Jiang Ling vows to make his blinded sister see Wen Baichuan for who he truly is.
He lies in wait along the road where his sister Jiang Zhen is going to deliver a military tally to Wen Baichuan, waiting for the right moment to act.
But before he can do anything, an unexpected turn of events occurs.
He watches as his sister, who has always claimed to be too frail to take care of herself, draws her long sword, runs Wen Baichuan through, and then cuts off his head.
Jiang Ling is stunned. But what shocks him even more comes next: his usually well-behaved sister has somehow gotten involved with that bastard Xie Han from the Inspectorate.
Watching the two grow closer by the day, Jiang Ling is utterly thrown into chaos...
Taking rebirth as the premise, there is really not much to go to this past life. At least this is what I've seen so far in chapter 50. I still like it, I don't really like reading novels.
