The Haunted Ancient Mansion: The story's protagonist is Li Ming, a young antiques collector with a deep interest in ancient artifacts. One day, he hears that an abandoned old mansion on the edge of the city contains many precious antiques, so he decides to explore it. When he arrives, he finds the place steeped in an eerie atmosphere. As he ventures deeper, he hears strange sounds, sees strange bones and bloodstains, and discovers an ancient box containing a book and a ring. The book is covered in strange words and symbols, and a red gemstone is set into the ring. Li Ming realizes he may have been cursed and begins searching for a way to break it. He studies the book carefully and discovers that it contains the history and secrets of the mansion. It turns out the mansion was once the headquarters of a cult, where its members performed terrible rituals and experiments. Li Ming decides to investigate the cult's history further. Searching the mansion for clues, he discovers hidden rooms and passages, people tortured to death, and strange experimental equipment.
