In order to strengthen the publicity of the legal system, quickly popularize legal knowledge, and serve the construction of my country's democratic and legal system, China Democracy and Legal Press has published a series of legal separate editions in all varieties and on a large scale in accordance with the laws that are reviewed and approved and revised by the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress every year. This law is an important law that clarifies the legal status and work responsibilities of trade unions, and is an important institutional guarantee for trade union organizations to carry out their work in accordance with the law. It provides a strong legal guarantee for trade unions at all levels to fulfill their political responsibility of uniting and guiding workers to listen to the Party and follow it, which is conducive to giving full play to the functions of trade unions, safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of workers, building harmonious labor relations, and adapting to the needs of economic and social development.
