This book is really great! It provides a lot of knowledge and skills about European bag making, which is very helpful for people like me who have dreams. I especially like the explanation of basic details in the book, which gave me a deeper understanding of European bags. However, I kind of hate the "lazy baker" who always appears in the book. He always makes some stupid mistakes and gives people a very unprofessional feeling. But it also reminds me that you need to stay focused and work hard to become a good baker. All in all, this is a good book worth recommending!
