Raising a Villain in My Own Novel

[Two male leads + Lovecraftian horror + a touch of angst + the uncanny] (Both male leads are straight!!!) Shangguan Guyun is invited by Lanyou Group to test one of its virtual products. To enrich the product's content, Lanyou Group has incorporated online novels into it. But once inside, Shangguan Guyun discovers that he isn't there as a player. Instead, he observes the plot's progression and the protagonist's thrilling exploits from the perspective of a bystander. Before entering, Shangguan Guyun receives an additional task: determine whether it is feasible to raise a boss. Committed to doing his job properly, Shangguan Guyun takes it upon himself to complete the task. An artificial top-tier transcendent: “You won't leave me, will you?” A mutant catgirl: “Master, you know Seventeen is the most obedient.” A gangster princess: “Neither I nor my blade will let you leave.” Shangguan Guyun: “If I'm going to do it, I might as well go all the way. Since you won't let me leave, I'll just have the protagonist kill me!”
