Lin Xiao is timid and socially awkward, with an utterly ordinary appearance. She’s the sort of person nobody would glance at twice if she were lost in a crowd.
One day, she finds a red, heart-shaped stone by the side of the road. From then on, whether she’s at work or out and about, she keeps running into handsome men of all kinds, each of them hopelessly devoted to her and constantly showering her with affection. They call her “sweetheart” or “baby,” and some even go straight to calling her “wife.”
The trouble is, Lin Xiao thinks of herself as nothing more than an ordinary-looking girl. She assumes the handsome men are just smooth talkers trying to sweet-talk her, and doesn’t take their “sweetheart,” “baby,” or “wife” seriously at all. The handsome men are left with red-rimmed eyes.
