The Abyssal Girls I've Helped All Want to Follow Me

Rain pours from the sky. One moment, Su Yi’an is playing games in his college dorm; the next, he is standing beneath a towering building. Under the moonless darkness, the building looks especially eerie. He catches sight of a reflection in a mirror and realizes the figure isn’t him. Before he can think it through, a girl without an umbrella appears in front of him. She stands there with vacant eyes, then suddenly turns her head ninety degrees to the right and looks at him with the gaze one might give a corpse. He walks toward her, wanting to get closer, but the girl smiles. It is a smile of haunting, tragic beauty, utterly captivating. Su Yi’an is transfixed, but the next second, he sees something black fly toward him from the girl’s direction at incredible speed. A sudden pain strikes his chest. He looks down and sees a gaping hole that wasn’t there a moment ago. In the darkness behind the girl, a figure emerges, exceptionally tall, nearly two meters in height. It wears a white vest and a black suit. Its face is pale, hairless, and featureless, with several tentacles trailing behind it. One tentacle is smeared with bright red blood and seems to be holding something. The girl lifts her head and stares at Su Yi’an with wide eyes. Smiling beautifully, she says:

“That’s your heart, big brother~.”
