Don't Mind Me, I Can Carry [Esports]

A sweet story about doting on each other

[Handsome, wealthy, mixed-race, hypocritical old bastard top × sweet-faced, all-around gaming god bottom]

Blurb:

A two-time Honor of Kings champion and ten-year veteran player, nicknamed the All-Around Gaming God, transmigrates from a parallel world into someone else's body. In this world that celebrates Esports, he's ready to shine.

But he hits a wall right from the start.

“I want a spot in the starting lineup.”

“What did you say? You're a rookie and you want to start?” The team manager looked incredulous. How could a mouth that was thirty-six degrees Celsius come out with words that were dozens of degrees below zero?

JOK's ace player and heir to the team gave it some thought. “If he wants to start, let him. Put him up against the pros in every lane in a gauntlet.”

The coach cackled. “Only an old bastard like you could come up with an idea like that. That's a bit much.”

After the gauntlet, things got out of hand, and their precious new player no longer wanted anything to do with the team.

The coach roared, “Look what your rotten idea got us! You need to sweet-talk him into coming back.”

“? I came up with the idea? Why am I the one who has to sweet-talk him?” The ace player coldly refused three times over.

Every obstacle came down to one thing: they hadn't offered enough sincerity.
