Detective Conan: The Evil Mage Kula

[Detective Conan + wish fulfillment + Gin pairing + disguise + System + Kula from Mole Manor]

Kula, an evil archmage and heir to the bloodline of ancient heroes, was a figure in Mole Manor who made the Moles tremble in fear.

After transmigrating into the world of Detective Conan, he found himself bound to a Merit System. Kula decided to pay lip service while doing as he pleased.

He seemed to “sacrifice himself” to rescue an undercover police officer. In reality, he was unlocking other kinds of play with Gin.

He seemed to be introducing Ran to a new boyfriend so she could leave her scumbag partner. In truth, he was using a magical item to make an evil copy of Ran and bring her into the Organization.

He seemed to be out to destroy the evil Organization. In truth, he was taking control of the Boss and claiming the top spot for himself.

Well, how could that not count as merit? At least, everyone sees him as a victim willingly making the ultimate sacrifice.
