Abandoned While Fleeing Famine, I Built a City with My Bare Hands

Mi Ya transmigrated into the body of a frail young woman abandoned for the sake of food while fleeing famine. Along with her, a group of children even younger than her had also been left behind.

It was a hellish start, but Mi Ya smiled.

No tools?

Watch her smelt iron from red clay and make tools with her bare hands.

No shelter?

Watch her use her wilderness survival knowledge to build one with her bare hands.

No food?

Watch her make traps from nothing but crude stones and firewood to catch rabbits, fish, and birds' eggs...

What should have been a deadly predicament was transformed by Mi Ya and the children, step by step, into a prosperous life where they had plenty to eat and warm clothes to wear.

By chance, the parents who had abandoned their children returned and discovered the paradise Mi Ya had built with them. They bitterly regretted their choices: Is it too late to come back in tears and say we were wrong?

Although Cui Lan was born into an aristocratic family, unlike his pampered cousins, he loved wandering through the wilderness.

One day, he found a group of children on his family's mountain. Their leader was a pretty young woman who spoke of strange and wondrous things.

The girl said, “Next, we'll use the principle of lever-driven forging to work the iron.”

She also said, “You don't need a hunter to catch rabbits. Stones and firewood are enough.”

She said again, “I'm going to build a city for women, so women everywhere will never suffer abuse or homelessness again!”

Cui Lan was smitten. But...how could he reveal himself and meet the girl?

That was a problem.
