I Picked Up a Watch, and Now I Have to Protect the World?

(Armor, slow-paced, lighthearted, fictional setting)

“If you can't win, why not run? Why do you have to go and get yourself killed?”

“What’s wrong with being selfish? Can’t you think about yourself a little more?”

Xia Xing finally lost his temper and shouted at the woman in front of him.

All he did was pick up a watch, and somehow he became a Keybearer.

Now a fellow Keybearer has latched onto him, and they have to fight the Darkborn together. (He really doesn't want to.)
