[First-person narration, ensemble cast, and a protagonist who isn't invincible. The story unfolds through the plot and reflects reality.]
[A coming-of-age storyline: the protagonist and major supporting characters will all change over time.]
Worldbuilding: Humans, the Underworld, the Spirit Realm, and the Celestial Court all coexist. They appear one by one as the story unfolds, revealing a hidden world.
A group of ghosts eagerly awaited Xu Fan's birth. He was special: at two, he could see spirits with both eyes; at five, he came into contact with ghost bodies. He grew up in a world shared by humans and ghosts, but kept pretending to be normal so his parents and friends wouldn't worry.
Time passed, and he maintained this disguise until the day he graduated from university. Meeting Su Xiaobai opened the door to another world for him once and for all.
After more than twenty years of painstakingly keeping it at bay, the bizarre and wondrous world finally opened up before him. As his true identity was gradually revealed, there was only one possible ending for him in the world he had always known... death.
The overall concept is quite full, the story is engaging and has a good sense of immersion. I feel that Su Xiaobai and Xu Fan can be the two protagonists of this book. Xu Fan's identity in the later period is a big suspense. I hope the author can fill in the holes 🤭
It looks great, please give it a thumbs up to the author
