Singer 2024 returned with an unprecedented live-broadcast format, and the first episode took the internet by storm.
All the domestic singers flopped, getting ground into the dirt, while two foreigners took first and second place!
“I thought this was the Yingzi season of Singer, but it turned out to be the Yingzi suffering season.”
“The Eight-Nation Alliance is attacking again? A fifty-year-old granny is guarding the nation’s gates. Ye Helana can’t lose!”
“Thank goodness we have Yingzi. You can call her a bad person, but don’t say she can’t sing!”
The whole internet was wailing, and one talented singer after another volunteered to join the fight!
Just then, however, Mango TV chose an unknown singer, Lin Yuan, as the challenger for the second episode.
Despite everyone’s doubts, Lin Yuan took the stage. One song stunned the internet, and he claimed first place!
In an interview with reporters, Lin Yuan casually declared, “Chinese pop music is the damn best!”
