Where the River Flows

A new face joins the second season of "Farming Life"

A bubbly, scatterbrained Northeastern girl x Zhao Yibo, a handsome, gentle science guy

Wang Yiheng: “Yibo-ge, I’m reporting Xia Xia for skipping breakfast again!”

Zhao Yibo: “Xia Zhixu!”

“Here,” she answers softly, then sneaks behind the eldest brother, afraid the man currently in a temper might notice her.

Jiang Dunhao turns around and looks at her. “Sis, it’s not that I don’t want to help you, but you’ve got stomach problems and still won’t eat. There’s really nothing I can do for you.”

Xia Zhixu quietly says, “I know,” then turns to glare resentfully at Wang Yiheng, who’s enjoying her predicament.

“I’m sorry. I’ll do it again next time,” Wang Yiheng says with a laugh.

“Get over here already. Do you want your stomach to hurt later? Come have some bread. If you skip a meal again, I’m not talking to you,” Zhao Yibo says, looking at the huddled figure behind their eldest brother.

“Got it, Your Highness.” Xia Zhixu walks over with a silly grin. “Don’t be mad. I got up too early and didn’t feel like eating. It won’t happen again.”

“There’s going to be a next time?”

“No… There won’t.”
