Heart Ablaze

Cool, resilient heroine & obsessive, violent hero

Years have flown by, and Cheng Zhanhuan is about to complete her doctoral program and return home. In her final year abroad, she meets a gentle man who treats her with boundless respect.

Just when Cheng Zhanhuan thinks she might finally find happiness too, the person who has humiliated her countless times in the past reappears in her life.

Late at night, in a convenience store on the streets of Country H, a girl working part-time sits behind the counter, absorbed in a book because there's no one else in the store.

“Hello, I'd like to check out.”

The girl startles at the sound, wondering why someone would speak Chinese to her in a foreign country. Then she looks up and meets the gaze of the person standing before her. A familiar face comes into view: the person who dragged her into hell…

P.S. This is the heroine's happy ending.
