In ancient times, the Ancient War was ignited by the demon seed Wu Yi, and its curtain was raised. Wherever it went, not a blade of grass remained. The various factions fought it for tens of thousands of years, and the conflict could not be quelled for a long time. Just then, an ancient powerhouse named Yan Di appeared, holding a crimson sword. He stood before all creation and battled Wu Yi for three days and three nights. In the end, he sealed Wu Yi beneath a lake in a place called Anluo Village. The lake was named Xiyue Lake. But Yan Di had exhausted his last trace of primordial energy, and soon perished. Tens of thousands of years passed, and the seal slowly began to weaken. The demon generals began to run amok, and the various factions began to fight each other. Yet as the seal grew ever weaker, the situation worsened. Just then, a little boy was born into a poor family and named Yun Chen. He would once again fight to keep the world safe.
