The author can write more about daily life. Although most of PUBG are at war, the author can also write some vehicles for the protagonist to drive. There are many vehicles, weapons and some settings in PUBG 1. The author can also do it. Create some of your own, but not too many, otherwise it won't have the same flavor as the original Jedi. Also, writing about ordinary Super Earth soldiers feels like cannon fodder and has no effect at all.
