All My Mutant Skills Have God-Tier Side Effects

In the year 2576 of the Dragon Calendar, the game world invades Earth. Lin Ke, a support-class player, uses the [Mutation] skill to mutate all his possessions, including skills, items, and equipment. Only his skills come with God-Tier Side Effects. [Bloodshed Frenzy]: Mutated from [Basic Healing]. It has no healing effect and instead increases blood loss. [God-Tier Side Effect: Temporarily gain a buff based on the amount of blood lost.] [Mosquito Mouthparts]: Create multiple holes in an enemy, increasing their blood loss. [Blue Bar Depletion]: Mutated from [Basic Mana Recovery]. It has no recovery effect and instead empties the mana bar. [God-Tier Side Effect: The next skill costs no mana and gains a multiplied effect, based on the amount of mana depleted.]
