The Legend of Ren Zu

A Primordial World epic. Not a hot-blooded story, not about transmigration or being reborn, with no golden finger and no heroine.

Overview: From the boundless chaos came the Four Symbols, and gods and demons were born of the same creation.

Pangu split heaven and earth with his axe; Nuwa molded clay to shape life and death.

Suiren stole fire and forged karmic ties; the struggle between water and fire was merciless.

People built nests and dug shelters, and tribes multiplied; bows and spears were invented, and civilization first flourished.

Families spread in every direction, and nine great rivers flowed through mountains and waters.

The Three Sovereigns opened new lands and established rules; the Five Emperors governed the world and passed down their legacy.

Eight Leisurely Immortals gathered for a feast; the four arts were enjoyed amid flowers and fine wine.

The floods raged, bringing hardship and disaster; Yu the Great tamed the waters, and all living things prospered.

The Nine Tripod Cauldrons stabilized the Mandate, and the Heavenly Dao evolved; three dynasties passed down their legacies, each in its own way.

Taishang continued the Mandate and spread the Three Teachings; sages enlightened the people, and the Hundred Schools flourished.

At the Ghost Festival gathering, the sides faced off; in the Fire Cloud Cave, three generals contended.

In the end, Emperor Qin unified the realm, while the six paths of the netherworld remained distinct.

They fought against Heaven for the Dao, wagering life and death; the legend of the Ten Ancestors ends here.
