On the third day of the terrible high temperature, my husband and son felt sorry for the mother and daughter next door and invited them to their home for dinner.
After coming here several times in a row, I felt that food was in short supply at home, and I simply couldn't afford to feed two more mouths.
When they came again, they immediately issued an order to expel them.
The husband was so angry that he jumped on his feet: "How much food can mother and daughter eat? You are so stingy. It's all the neighbors who help out."
My son also thinks I am unloving: "My mother is bad, my mother is a selfish ghost!"
The two of them took their meals directly to the opposite door to eat.
Later, when we ran out of food, my husband forced me to go out to buy groceries.
I was dehydrated to death from the heat.
When I woke up again, my phone was pushing a high temperature warning.
I called my husband.
"I have to go on a business trip and won't be able to come back for a month."
