The protagonist, Dongshen Tiangong, is also known as the Ninja Academy's perennial student and the founder of the P-Style Technique.

Dongshen Tiangong was originally a fairly talented ninja, and his mother belonged to the Uzumaki Clan.

Then one day, a fog shrouding his past life's memories suddenly appeared in his mind. Every time he cleared some of it, he regained a portion of those memories, and through them he discovered a method of cultivation from another system.

Good news: he was reborn into a shinobi clan. Bad news: the clan had fallen into decline.

Good news: his father was a skilled ninja. Bad news: he died before Tiangong was born.

Good news: his father completed plenty of missions in his lifetime. Bad news: he and his mother spent nearly all the mission pay living it up.

Fortunately, he was taken in by his father's teacher, Torifu Akimichi, and his mother's friend, Yamanaka Rino. He also became the sidekick to Konoha's two successive big sisters, so Tiangong's life in Konoha turned out pretty well.
