The Dawn of an Era

In 2002, atypical pneumonia spread across the globe. In 2008, a global economic crisis struck. In 2010, an interstellar gate incident occurred in the Gulf of Aden. In 2014, two major earthquakes in Turkey killed tens of thousands. In 2015, Middle East respiratory syndrome broke out in the Middle East. In 2017, an interstellar object named Oumuamua drew the attention of scientists around the world. In 2019, COVID-19 spread globally, and so on. It was as if an unseen hand were driving these events, leaving the human world in turmoil. What would become of humanity? Uncle Ye said, "What’s coming will come.
