[Dual heroines + two powerful leads + zombie outbreak + System golden finger + apocalypse + alternate world + spiritual qi revival + a touch of ensemble cast]
Reckless, disguises herself as a man in the early story [bottom] Su Yun × Cool, calculating, and reborn [top] Xiao Mingyue
Early story:
After Su Yun is killed by a mutant plant, she unexpectedly finds herself inside a novel and gets bound to a System. The System also informs her that the apocalypse will arrive in three years, when zombies break out.
Three years later, Su Yun looks at the woman who opposes her at every turn and is so furious she wants to quit this stupid mission.
Xiao Mingyue thought her screwed-up life was over, but as she lay dying, a voice suddenly told her she could live again. She agreed without thinking, never expecting to be reborn three years before the apocalypse.
Three years later, Xiao Mingyue looks at the weirdo who suddenly barged into her life for no reason and claims she'll help her get stronger. She can only think that the woman is crazy.
Later on:
Xiao Mingyue: “I don't think you're a very good friend. Why don't you switch careers and become my wife instead?”
Su Yun: “It's too soon to be wives. Let's start with... being friends.”
Xiao Mingyue: “What kind of friends? (Pretending not to understand.)”
Su Yun: “Girlfriends! (Her brain finally kicks into gear.)”
In short! The story follows Su Yun as she makes a whole host of powerful allies during the apocalypse, helps the heroine get stronger by completing the System's missions, and sets her on the path to becoming a god.
[The two leads start out as rivals who fight and fall in love amid the zombie outbreak. Later, it's all about sweetly wooing your wife in an apocalypse with a touch of cultivation.]
