That day, the dazzling sun in the sky turned black, and endless supernatural entities surged into the human world, beginning a merciless slaughter.
That same day, thirteen beautiful and powerful girls descended from beyond the heavens. Calling themselves Herrschers, they drove back the supernatural invasion. But their actions also drew the ire of the rulers of the supernatural world.
More and more supernatural entities began invading the human world. People assumed that, like the monsters in novels, these entities had to follow certain rules to kill. But unfortunately, they had no such rules.
After a long and bloody struggle, the supernatural entities, humanity, and the Herrschers entered a brief period of peace. And that is where the story begins.
