This work is inspired by the statue of the Dragon King Mr. Li in the Aolong Temple in Xinglongshan Village, Tougou Town, Chengde City, Hebei Province. When Aolong Temple was rebuilt in 1996, I decided to collect and write the legendary stories of the Dragon King Mr. Li. It is for everyone to appreciate. It took ten years and was completed in 2006. The whole book is divided into three volumes. The first volume writes about Master Li's previous life. He was a disciple of Tathagata, Black Dragon. He was reborn in the lower world and was named Ao Wu. He practiced with his brother Bailong Ao Ding. The story of the final fight, the middle volume is about the reincarnation of the dragon king as a snake, the poignant story of the love between the dragon father and the dragon mother, and how he was enshrined in Aolong Temple in Xinglong Mountain. The second volume is about the origin of the gods in the temple. I have never been satisfied with my work.
